Studio 39 has teamed up with European Yoga Institute to offer you a 100 hour Yoga teacher program! Our teacher training course is designed to make yoga fun while learning about the great benefits of Hot Yoga. Our pure and authentic form of yoga postures with revitalizing Pranayama and Kapalbhati breathing exercises accommodate all levels of Yois, beginners to advanced and everyone in between!
European Yoga Institute teachers have over 50 years of combined Hot Yoga experience, have taught over 550,000 yoga students and have helped hundreds obtain their Hot Yoga Teaching Certifications worldwide! With the wealth of knowledge and experience, our program is nothing short of exciting! So if you’re ready to make a commitment for yourself, put in the hard work, stretch, laugh, sweat, meditate, relax, and make a positive investment into your body and mind then we are here for you!
We offer several Hot Yoga Teacher Training courses throughout the year. Our courses are split into two-week intensive training schedules with both 60 and 90-minute yoga classes. You’ll learn each posture step-by-step along with an in-depth knowledge of the benefits in each pose. Additionally, you’ll practice Hot Yoga daily and become a Yoga pro! At the completion of the course, each student receives a certificate of completion along with real-life training experience!
Meet Our Teachers
Meet Rachel. She started her Hot Yoga practice in her home state of California and hasn’t slowed down in Germany! She knew when she moved that she couldn’t live without Hot Yoga and couldn’t believe that most Germans had never heard of Hot Yoga!! This was her motivation to share the benefits of Bikram Method and to open up Studio 39 in Wiesbaden!! Since then, hundreds have tried Hot Yoga for the first time in Rachel’s classes and can’t get enough!
Feroze Khan has over 25 years of Hot Yoga Experience, has taught in 5 countries, and even trained directly under Bikram himself. In his early years, Feroze opened up San Francisco’s first Bikram Hot Yoga Studio then expanded into Europe where he went on to help open several more studios spanning Western Europe.
She is a true yogini at heart! Kristin is originally from Texas and is certified in Yin, Vinyasa, and now Bikram Method! When her beautiful smile and positive personality shines you can’t help but feel warm and welcomed in her class!
Hallo, dies ist Simon! Simon is originally from Ireland but has been living in Munich for several years and is Fluent in German! He has a true passion for Bikram Yoga and has been practicing for several years down south! When he’s not doing yoga he’s busy traveling the world and expanding his cultural horizons!
Meet Heather! She has a mindful eye on the present and future, and started practicing Hot Yoga with the aim of dedicating herself to a fit lifestyle that can be practiced long-term, one that heals the body and provides the tools necessary for a healthy, fully mobile future.
Heather has been part of the Studio 39 community since we first opened in 2017 and has blossomed from a beginner level student to a dedicated and knowledgeable teacher during that time.

Outside the studio, she also works in the wine industry. She is very proud of the wines coming from her home country, Canada, and will be leading our Wine & Yoga retreats in 2019!!!

The main focus of European Yoga is a sequence of 25 Hatha Yoga postures combined with breathing exercises that have been experienced by many. Sukh Asana postures systematically work inside-out bone to the skin. Yoga Asanas that have practiced for centuries, integrated with wisdom from ancient scriptures, are brought to you in a format that would help you to improve the quality of daily living.
